We think that Participants deserve an explanation of why we delayed the UTEMIS ICO from December to January.
The reason is that, because of our professional careers, people in the management team at UTEMIS has advised in the past with big e-commerce giants. On an occasional conversation at the beginning of December we explained to one of these conglomerates that we were about to start the ICO.
This company in particular knows us well at the personal level. And they know that we know the nuts and bolts of many details of their business model. During the conversation they asked us for some time to evaluate a set of options that we gave them. But we also gave them a deadline, the month of January, hence the change in the ICO.
At the time of this writing we haven’t heard back from them. But here is an interesting thought… do you think that if Wal Mart or Barnes & Noble would have known what would Amazon become, they wouldn’t have tried to buy them when they were at a reasonable price? Or what about Chinese banks with Ali Pay or Alibaba? Or Microsoft with Android?
Big companies have learned the lesson that it is advisable to take action when buying prices are still reasonable. Enough said.
UTEMIS’s pre-ICO will be between January 8, 2018 until March 8, 2018, more detailed information on this project can be found at UTEMIS- UTS, along with access to their introductory video, and Whitepaper.
